If you find the same chair on eBay that you bought from Hot Seat on sale at a lower price within 14 days of your purchase, we will immediately refund the difference to you IN CASH.

How it Works:
All we want is the PayPal transaction number of the chair you bought from Hot Seat, together with the URL of the equivalent chair on sale with another vendor on eBay .

Send those details including your name, address, email and telephone contact details to:

Upon verification we will send you the refund
within 72 hours of receipt.

Condition:
The chairs must be exactly the same; size, shape, configuration, materials and model number.

The prices to be compared must be the BIN Purchase Price added to the actual shipping price (including 'handling charges' if the vendor charges such) and including insurance costs (if insurance is mandatory).

No 'auction' results will be allowed.
